Additional check-ins or basic documents are available for $200 each to members only. Premium documents are priced according to the specific document. Non-members should inquire for pricing on individual services.
Unlimited phone calls
Unlimited calls are the cornerstone of our membership plans. You get unlimited phone calls (within reason) or quick emails so you can get legal counsel when you need it. I return all client calls and emails within 24 hours or less.
Check-Ins
Regular check-ins are essential to a successful startup. They allow me to stay on top of your progress and to make sure your startup is getting all the legal support it needs. .
Basic Documents
Legal documents are the foundation of every business, beginning with formation. I include basic business documents with every Business counsel Plan so your business’s ongoing needs are covered. I periodically add documents to the basic document index so that the value of your membership grows.
Member Pricing
If the above plans do not cover everything your business needs, I offer add-on services for everything your business does need, from deal closings and board meetings to litigation and arbitration.
