Our membership plans give businesses the legal counsel they need at a price even bootstrapping startups can afford. Each plan includes some basic documents each year, and additional basic documents are $200 to members. For non-members, basic documents are $300. Premium documents and services are available to members and non-members, and we will always quote a fee in advance. If you have questions, just use the form at right.
